Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and trusted couriers. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our warehouse.

  • Standard: 2–7 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150
  • All sealed product is bubble-wrapped and double-boxed where needed
  • Singles ship in penny sleeves + toploaders inside a rigid mailer

Returns — Change of Mind

We don't offer change-of-mind returns as a standard policy. If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't been dispatched, but we're not obligated to accept a return in these circumstances.

Where we do agree to a change-of-mind return, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be in its original, factory-sealed condition — the product packaging must be unopened and intact (not the shipping box)
  • Return postage is at the customer's expense
  • A store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected — cash refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of us agreeing to the return

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, is the wrong item, or is materially not as described on our listing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll assess each case and determine the appropriate remedy — which may be a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion depending on the nature and severity of the issue. We reserve the right to request the item be returned before issuing any remedy.

Singles are sold as-described and photographed in their listing. Please review all photos and condition notes carefully before purchasing — we do not accept returns for singles on the basis of disagreement with our grading assessment.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
