1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Unpacked AU and any orders placed through our store. By browsing or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy — we accept once payment is confirmed and stock is allocated.
• We may cancel and refund orders with pricing errors, fraud risk, or stock shortfalls.
• Pre-orders ship on or near the publisher's release date and may shift if the release moves.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details. Your order is only dispatched once payment has cleared.

4. Shipping & returns

5. Product authenticity

We guarantee 100% authentic sealed product and singles. See our Authenticity Guarantee for details.

6. Intellectual property

All site content — logos, copy, and imagery — is owned by Unpacked AU or used with permission. Pokémon, One Piece, and Dragon Ball trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unpacked AU is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Bandai.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape stock data, or place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Unpacked AU's liability to you is limited to the value of the goods in the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products.
